When you arrive to your consultation, you will be greeted by our staff and given an iPad mini to check in. Once you are checked in, you will be brought to our consultation room. The initial part of the consultation is designed to understand exactly what your goals are and what kind of result you are hoping for. We'll ask you questions about what you would like to improve or change about your abdomen. 

 

Once Dr. Diaz has a good understanding of what your goals are, he will perform a detailed examination of the abdomen. He will assess how much abdominal muscle and skin looseness there is. He will also assess how much excess fat tissue there is. This is done to determine which procedure, or combination of procedures, are needed to give you the best possible result. 

 

Pictures of your abdomen will then be taken with the Vectra 3D System. This system creates a 3D image of your abdomen and allows careful analysis of the changes you will need to achieve your desired result. This revolutionary technology also creates 3D simulation of what your results will look like. Very few surgeons in the world can offer this system to their patients! 

 

Once you have reviewed the images, Dr. Diaz then discusses everything you need to know about the surgery and the recovery process. The consultation is then completed. The entire consultation lasts approximately one hour. The last step is to meet with our patient coordinator to discuss pricing and scheduling.
